. The Technical Trainer will provide both onsite and remote technical support, deliver technical training, manage training facilities, and ensure high-quality learning experiences for delegates. The role involves maintaining training equipment, developing and updating training materials, facilitating theoretical and practical assessments, and ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards. The trainer will also support administrative processes, manage operational risks, liaise with internal stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement of training quality and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Delivering training sessions and assessments (practical and written).
Ensuring training facilities, tools, and equipment are maintained and safe.
Updating training materials and identifying training needs.
Providing technical support and escalating unresolved issues.
Conducting learner administration and preparing training reports.
Maintaining SOPs, safety standards, and service excellence.
Supporting team members and participating in skills development.
Requirements:
Qualified Technician with 2-3 years relevant experience (Diesel Trade advantageous).
Facilitator and Assessor course certifications.
Strong technical background.
Skills Needed:
Subject matter expertise, instructional design, and training delivery skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Technical writing, assessment development, and problem-solving skills.
