In this role, you will be responsible for delivering world-class technical training to dealership staff, technicians, and service teams, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to maintain and repair motorcycles to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, and deliver technical training programs for motorcycles.
Provide hands-on practical training, classroom sessions, and assessments.
Support dealerships with technical expertise and guidance.
Stay up to date with the latest motorcycle technologies, diagnostics, and repair methods.
Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain training materials, manuals, and technical resources.
Requirements:
Qualified motorcycle technician with proven technical expertise.
Strong background in motorcycle diagnostics, servicing, and repairs.
Previous experience in training or mentoring technicians (advantageous).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and travel when required.
Passion for motorcycles and delivering exceptional training experiences.
