Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for new and existing Lead Generation agents.
Facilitate training in a way that is fun, energetic, and aligns with our vibey call centre culture.
Assess trainees during practical sessions by monitoring live calls with real clients.
Evaluate call quality, identify gaps, and provide targeted feedback.
Coach and motivate agents to improve conversions and meet performance expectations.
Track and report on trainee progress, competence levels, and training outcomes.
Ensure training materials, manuals, and content are up to date and aligned with business needs.
Recruitment (When training is not scheduled)
Support end-to-end recruitment for Lead Generation roles.
Conduct screening, interviews, a mind shortlisting of potential candidates.
Assist with onboarding processes and ensure smooth transition of new hires.
