Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
QUALIFICATIONS
Grade 12
Must have a valid driver licence.
Boiler Attendance Certificate
EXPERIENCE
3-5 years experience as a Boiler Operator
Fluent in English and a third national language will be advantageous
Experience as a trainer Computer Literacy
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Compile training materials and ensure that they remain relevant.
Keep abreast with products and developments.
Market and sell training courses
Present training courses and evaluate trainees attending boiler courses
Identify training needs of boiler users
Ensure that all equipment and buildings are maintained and kept clean
Compile and evaluation trainees assessments
Submitting assessment reports
Submission and follow up on quotations to clients requesting training.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
Be presentable and professional.
Excellent communication skills and well spoken.
Be able to interact with customers at all levels.
Technical knowledge
Ability to work independently
