Job Description
Job Summary We are either looking for a Trails Guide / FOH couple, or Guides willing to take on FOH duties as well. This lodge sleeps a maximum of 12 guests at a time, with 6 luxurious suites.Candidate requirements;
- FGASA NQF 2/4 with Lead or close to
- Must have a valid driver's license and PrPD
- At least 3 years of experience in a 4* Lodge
- Previous experience in a Big Five Reserve
- Must have a valid First Aid and ARH
- Candidates need to have great hosting skills
- Must have excellent references
- Mature and responsible
- Well-spoken
- Positive attitude and approach towards team work
- Hands on approach towards the guest experience
- Ability to take initiative and problem solve
- Excellent guest interaction skills
- Passionate and pro-active towards personal growth and training
- 6 weeks on/2 weeks off work cycle
- Accommodation on site
- Provident fund after 3 months probation
- Food provided while hosting
- Uniform provided
