Requirements Assistant Manager with Reservation responsibilities
- At least 3 years in a similar position - Front Office role in a reputable lodge.
- Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management (Beneficial)
- Excellent Reception and Front Office control (working independently so must be able to manage all aspects)
- Strong Financial sense and sound knowledge of procedures.
- FOH Lodge operations and management experience
- Bubbly personality
- Ensure accurate detailed capturing of reservations
- Computer literate, MS Office Suite, Reservation systems, POS systems, financial systems (Debtors)
- Perform duty manager shifts when necessary- hosting guests and ensuring the service shift runs smoothly
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Sound knowledge of all departments within hospitality
- Professional and well groomed
Trails Guide
- Minimum of 3-5 years guiding experience at a 4/5 star establishment (Essential)
- Lead Trails (Level 2) qualification
- Valid Public Drivers Permit
- ARH and Rifle proficiency
- SAPS Competency Certificate
- Computer Literate
- Driverxe2x80x99s License and Pr-DP
