•Professional Field Guide with Trails Guide Qualification or higher
•All legalities current and up to date
•A minimum of 5 years’ working experience in a senior or higher position as a Guide
•Excellent organizational & communication skills
•Passionate about guest satisfaction
•Mentor, train, motivate and guide a team
