Traffic Coordinator - DurbanDo you have good agency knowledge & the ability to manage multiple deadlines? We are searching for a talented and passionate Digital/Traditional Traffic Coordinator.Responsibilities:Co-ordinate the brand and creative teams by receiving briefs from the brand team and correctly allocating to the creative team based on workflow, capability, and seniority.Work proactively and collaboratively with the creative and brand teams to ensure that the workload is distributed evenly.Ensure all briefs are loaded on Wrike, and continuously update Wrike to include any changes, reverts etc.Continuously monitor the status of projects to ensure deadlines of campaigns are met and are delivered according to the brief, update heads accordingly.Ability to redistribute work and come up with contingency plans when required, to ensure brief timelines are still met.Set up status update & creative review meetings with brand and creative teams, take note during the meeting of any changes to timelines and amend in Wrike accordingly.Continuously chase up creative or brand team where required to ensure that brief is delivered on time.Requirements:Minimum 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience within a traffic management role, preferably in an advertising agency.Marketing brand project management communications qualificationProject management skillsThorough understanding of the creative production process from brief to final outputKnowledge of digital and print production workflowsStrong planning and time management abilitiesOrganized, systematic and detail orientated.Good interpersonal skills, Ability to work under pressure in a close-knit team environment, Attention to detail.
