This hands-on role focuses on daily cashflow management, gold balancing, trade reconciliations, supplier transactions, and month-end reporting. Youxe2x80x99ll be the operational bridge between finance, production, suppliers, and exportsxe2x80x94keeping everything flowing smoothly and accurately.Daily and monthly cashflow tracking and payment loading
Gold metal balancing for exports and local sales
Reconciliation of ZAR/USD trades and statements
End-to-end supplier sheet maintenance and trade processing
Booking and reconciliation of purchase and sales orders in Sage Evolution
Bullion costing, warehouse transfers, and export VAT auditing
Month-end reporting, including regulator and tax packs
Requirements:
CIMA (Strategic level minimum)
3xe2x80x935 years of experience in accounting, trade booking, or back-office operations
Sage Evolution, Pastel, and
Excel (intermediate) proficiencyHigh attention to detail, strong team ethic, and ability to meet deadlinesBring your trade acumen and accounting precision to a high-paced, high-value industry.
