In this role you will be reporting to Service Manager and will be responsible to supporting ELSE business to ensure goods are shipped whilst meeting quality, legal and costs parameters. Develop, maintain and improve transport / logistics processes to optimize inbound and / or outbound product and material delivery to external and internal clients.Your responsibilitiesUsing various transportation software systems to facilitate material movement, planning and scheduling, customs and trade applicationsPreparing and updating monthly logistics schedule to ensure deliveries to customer locations and coordinating product delivery schedule with project / sales teamCoordinating daily activities to track location and movement of finished goods and raw materials via all transport modes, re-routing freight as needed to meet demands and minimizing cost ad communicating fulfilment status to logistics and sales organizations as requiredWorking closely with transport service providers and brokers to assure efficient, cost-effective execution of business requirements, obtaining necessary transport permits and codes, preparing transportation paperwork for import and exportFulfilling shipping, packing and advising on marking procedures per project requirements in compliance with governmental regulationsSupporting the development and implementation of improved processes and systems, maintaining master data when requiredYour backgroundBachelorxe2x80x99s Degree in relevant fieldMinimum 5 years of experienceFamiliar with working on SAP & BOL, strong knowledge of transport planning and order handling process, microsoft office experience essential for roleMust be a team player, customer oriented and an ability to perform under pressure, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skillsFluency in English language is mandatoryBenefitsRetirement planMore about usABBxe2x80x99s Electrification business is responsible for the go-to-market strategy and generating profitable growth for the Electrification Business Area.
