Tractor Operator – Vineyard Operations – Stellenbosch South Africa
Job Description
As Tractor Operator , you will be responsible for operating and maintaining tractors and related farm equipment to support vineyard and estate tasks. You will assist with spraying, soil preparation, harvesting, and transporting equipment and produce across the farm. Routine maintenance and prompt reporting of mechanical issues will be essential to keep operations running smoothly. You will also adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations in all tasks.
This role is suited to someone who is hands-on, dependable, and comfortable with agricultural work in a luxury estate environment.

Preferably 2 years' experience in vineyard or agricultural operations
Valid driver's licence (truck / heavy machinery as needed)
Basic mechanical aptitude for repairing/maintaining equipment
Understanding of irrigation, spraying, and farm processes
Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
Good communication skills (English or Afrikaans)
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and during harvest
