About the Role
As a Town and Regional Planner at UDWC, you'll play a key role in driving planning projects from initiation process/strategy, design and concept to approval, applying your expertise in legislation, zoning, and development policy frameworks.
What We're Looking For
University Degree in
Town and Regional Planning
from a recognized institution Registered as aProfessional Planner (Pr. Pln)
with SACPLAN5+ years' experience
in town planning, project management, and related processes Advanced proficiency inMS Office
A Proven ability to draftcomprehensive town planning reports
A Strong working knowledge ofplanning legislation and zoning schemes in the Western Cape
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
Apositive, progressive "can-do" attitude
