The Senior Manager for the Global V&A Rewards Interlock Team leads a team responsible for designing, building, and communicating rewards policies, processes, and programs to acquisitions and outsourcing deals that deliver the long-term HR strategy and goals of our business. This role is pivotal in managing Accenture's global rewards strategy, philosophy, and processes, ensuring a consistent approach and experience for our people worldwide. The Senior Manager drives analytics and solutioning for acquisition work, collaborating closely with key function leads across Rewards (Planning, Executive Compensation, Compensation Administration, Benefits) and V&A deal teams from due diligence to cutover. This position requires strong leadership, ownership, and the ability to influence and drive results in a global, matrixed environment.
