Take full responsibility of the store in terms of stock, sales, staff recruitment and management, policies and procedures, staff development, staff discipline, budgets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily sales reporting
Credit management
Oversee the sales/customer service team
Order management including cross border
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Manage the stock take procedures throughout the year
Ensure team spirit and teamwork
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Matric (essential)
Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
Candidate must have a solid background in the retail space
Computer literate with basic skills in MS Excel
Previous internal warehouse systems would be highly advantageous
