Job Description
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 Years work experience in Plastic Injection Molds, preferably auto ancillary industries
- Capable to do assemble & disassemble Injection molds
- Knowledge in Hot Runner system
- Steel knowledge
- Hand skill in Mold technical polishing
- Hands on experience in Conventional Tool Room machine operation
- Knowledge in plastic injection mold preventive maintenance
- Knowledge and hand skill to do Repair and Maintenance of Plastic Injection mold
- Over Head Crane - using experience & preferably a license holder
- Hands on experience to operate Laser Welding / Tig welding machine.
- Track all mould maintenance schedule to relevant PMS
- Ensure parts are assembled according to safe work instructions
- Dismantling any type of tooling
- Using crane and rigging equipment
- Stripping any type of hot runner elements, gates pins
- Design + manufacture any loose components
- Assist in engineering changes
- Must have hydraulic knowledge of any core sequence
