Tlb/ Excavator / Front End Loader Operator

Job Description
A TLB, EXCAVATOR and FRONT END LOADER Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation and performing tasks such as excavation, loading, and maintenance while adhering to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate Safely
: Ensure the safe operation of the machine in various conditions, following all safety protocols and regulations.Pre-Start Checks
: Conduct pre-start checks on the equipment to ensure it is in good working order before operation.Excavation and Loading
: Perform excavation, trenching, loading, and backfilling tasks as required on site.Maintenance
: Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs on the machine, keeping it clean and in good working condition.Reporting
: Report any faults or issues with the equipment to the supervisor and maintain a log of work performed.Team Collaboration
: Work effectively as part of a team, ensuring the safety of all personnel on site and adhering to company policies and procedures.Qualifications and Skills
Experience
: A minimum of 2 years of experience operating a TLB, Excavator, Front end loader or similar heavy machinery is often required.Licenses
: A valid Operating Compliance Certificate and a Driver's Code B License are typically necessary.Safety Conscious
: Strong awareness of safety practices and the ability to enforce safety standards on site.Communication Skills
: Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and supervisors.Physical Fitness
: Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various weather conditions.Salary is market related
