Job Description
We are looking for a qualified and experienced
Front-End Loader (FEL) Operator
to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the FEL to move, load, and manage materials efficiently and safely across various worksites.This role requires strong attention to safety, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team on construction, mining, or material handling projects.
Key Responsibilities
Operate the Front-End Loader safely and efficiently. Load, transport, and dump materials as directed. Perform pre-operational checks and basic maintenance on the loader. Follow site safety rules, procedures, and company policies. Assist with site preparation, stockpiling, and material handling tasks. Report equipment issues or hazards to supervisors immediately.
Requirements
Valid
FEL Operator certificate or relevant competency/license. Proven experience operating Front-End Loaders in construction, mining, or related industries. Strong knowledge of machine safety and operational protocols. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, safety-focused, and physically fit.Benefits
