Howden South Africa Division is looking for an experienced
Time Clerk x2
to perform time sheet and administration duties on customer sites for GO shutdown and maintenance crew.
What Will You Do?
Compile time sheets with correct job numbers and always ensure accuracy.
Submit timesheets to timesheet office as per procedure and within stipulated time.
Routinely inspect, test tools for full functioning and check the condition of tools in accordance with procedure and set schedule and repair according to standard.
Adhere to all SHE requirements as per Howden safety rep requirements.
Transport of tools of equipment to and from site.
Register new tools on the tool list; update tools list in accordance with the movement of tools; monthly count and reconcile tools with stock list.
Your Experience Should Be...
Grade 12/ Matric
Driver's license
Basic SHE Rep training
Computer literate
Mechanical insight to assist with mechanical repairing
