You'll be the creative force and on-camera personality behind our TikTok presence -- crafting stories that resonate with our audience and foster a genuine community connection.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Content Creation: Develop, film, and edit TikTok videos that reflect current trends, brand personality, and lifestyle appeal.

• Community Engagement: Interact with followers daily through comments, DMs, and live sessions to nurture an active and enthusiastic community.

• Trend Spotting: Identify and act on viral trends, sounds, and cultural moments relevant to jewelry, fashion, and lifestyle.

• Collaborations: Partner with influencers, creators, and real customers to co-create authentic and high-performing content.

• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze engagement metrics (views, likes, shares, comments) to optimize future content strategy.

• Brand Representation: Serve as the relatable, on-camera voice and face of the brand -- aligned with both global messaging and local culture.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of TikTok culture, trends, and best practices for engagement and growth.

• Confident on-camera presence and ability to produce visually appealing, on-brand content.

• Experience in social media management, content creation, or influencer marketing preferred.

• Strong video editing and captioning skills with attention to tone, timing, and aesthetics.

• Passion for fashion, jewelry, and lifestyle content.

• Excellent communication skills with a natural, authentic online voice.

• Ability to work remotely while maintaining alignment with U.S. PST working hours.
