Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced TikTok Ads Specialist to own and scale paid TikTok campaigns focused on real performance outcomes: booked calls, qualified leads, and purchases.
This role is not for brand awareness or boosted posts. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign performance, from account structure and creative testing to scaling and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and optimize TikTok Ads campaigns with conversion objectives
Structure campaigns correctly at the campaign, ad group, and creative levels
Launch and iterate creative tests using UGC and native TikTok formats
Monitor and optimize performance based on CPA, ROAS, and conversion volume
Identify winning creatives and scale them without increasing acquisition costs
Detect creative fatigue and rotate concepts proactively
Ensure accurate pixel tracking, event setup, and attribution
Collaborate with content creators and editors by providing clear creative direction
Produce weekly performance reports with actionable insights
Required Experience and Skills
Proven experience managing TikTok Ads accounts focused on conversions
Demonstrated ability to scale campaigns profitably
Strong understanding of Spark Ads and non-Spark Ads use cases
Knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager, learning phase behavior, and budget pacing
Ability to analyze metrics including CPA, hook retention, ROAS, and CTR
Experience working with lead generation funnels, booking flows, or e-commerce checkouts
Strong analytical mindset with comfort making rapid optimization decisions

How to structure TikTok ad accounts for performance
How to identify and scale winning creatives
How to manage creative testing efficiently
How to interpret performance data beyond surface-level metrics
How to communicate clearly with creative teams to produce high-converting ads
Training on fundamentals will not be provided. This role requires hands-on experience.

Candidates without direct TikTok Ads management experience
Brand-only or influencer-only marketers
Media buyers who rely solely on automation without analysis
Candidates who are not comfortable being accountable for results
Performance Metrics
Success in this role will be measured by:
Cost per lead or cost per booked call
Conversion volume and consistency
Return on ad spend (where applicable)
Speed and quality of testing and iteration
Ability to scale spend while maintaining efficiency
Interview Process
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a paid practical assessment, which may include:
Auditing a sample TikTok ad account
Identifying performance bottlenecks
Proposing new creative concepts
Outlining a short-term optimization or scaling plan
Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience and performance and may include:
Competitive base pay or monthly retainer
Performance-based bonuses tied to results
Long-term growth opportunities across multiple brands
