Test Analyst (the Quality Gatekeeper)
Job Description
Job Summary
Analyse system requirements and create structured, detailed test plans
Execute manual test cases and collaborate with developers to resolve defects
Contribute to ongoing automation efforts (experience with scripting or tools like Selenium is advantageous)
Ensure quality assurance across high-performance platforms that handle large-scale communication data
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in an agile teamSkills & Experience:
Minimum 4-7years of experience in software testing or QA
Exposure to automation testing tools (e.g. Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar)
A strong understanding of testing principles and SDLC practices
Comfortable working in a secure, process-driven, and technically complex environmentQualification:
