Job Summary:
The Test Analyst will be responsible for designing and executing manual and automated tests to ensure the quality of our software products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and be able to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure the quality of our software products
• Analyze test results and provide feedback to the development team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve defects
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
• Participate in project planning and estimation
• Work closely with developers to ensure that software defects are identified and resolved in a timely manner
• Create and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that new changes do not negatively impact existing functionality

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Test Analyst or in a similar role
• Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies
• Strong knowledge of software testing processes and methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of programming languages, such as Java or Python, is a plus.
