Our well establieshed client within the MedTech industry is looking for a dynamic Territory Manager to join their team. This role will be responsible for driving the sales of medical device products within a designated territory. The role is also responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals and clinics while promoting the company's products and services. The role is required to comply with all administrative and compliance (SAHPRA) standards.
Qualification:
- BSC Human Movement or relevant
Experience:
- Essential: 3 4 experiences in a Sales Rep position. Background in specialised medical devices (e.g., surgical equipment, diagnostics, etc.).
- Advantegous: Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Knowledge Required:
1. Product Knowledge - Understanding of medical device products, their features, applications, and benefits.
2. Sales Technique - Ability to engage clients, build relationships, and close sales.
3. Customer Relationship Management - Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
4. Communication Skills - Effective verbal and written communication with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
5. Presentation Skills - Ability to effectively present products to clients, including demonstrations and educational sessions.
5. Team Collaboration - Ability to work effectively within a sales team and with other departments.
