Zitholama Hygiene Chemicals and Pest Control is seeking a Tendering Officer & Administrator with strong knowledge of tendering processes and proven administrative skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tender documents, schedules, and administrative systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy across all submissions and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and submit tender documents in line with compliance requirements.
Draft and manage schedules, job cards, and filing systems.
Track the progress of tenders and ensure all updates are accurately recorded.
Manage and update the sales pipeline, reporting progress to management.
Handle administrative duties, including correspondence, document drafting, and record-keeping.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 1 year experience in tendering, administration, or a related field.
Minimum qualification: NQF Level 4 (Matric/Equivalent).
Strong knowledge of tendering processes and documentation.
Excellent administrative, scheduling, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
