Job Description

The Spa Therapist will be responsible for delivering a range of professional spa and wellness treatments in line with the hotel's service standards.



You will create a welcoming, restorative environment for guests while ensuring treatments are performed with care, consistency, and attention to individual needs.



Key responsibilities include conducting massages and body treatments, preparing treatment rooms, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensuring a seamless guest journey from consultation to completion.



You will also assist with spa bookings, guest consultations, and product recommendations where required.



This role requires strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a calm, professional presence. You will work closely with the wider hospitality team to ensure the wellness experience aligns with the hotel's overall guest offering. This is a temporary position.

Accredited Spa Therapy qualification (ITEC, CIDESCO, CIBTAC or equivalent)



Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a hotel or lodge environment



Strong massage and body treatment skills



Excellent guest service and communication skills



Professional presentation and high personal standards



Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanour



Valid work rights in South Africa



Available to start immediately
