Job Opening: Temporary Site/Maintenance Manager
Location: Baille Park, Potchefstroom
Position Type: Temporary
Start Date: 1 October
We are looking for a hands-on Site/Maintenance Manager to oversee a small cluster of units.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff. Develop and implement a maintenance plan and work schedule. Manage maintenance budgets and cost control. Ensure all facilities are kept in good working order and safety standards are met.
Requirements:
Proven background in maintenance and facilities management. Ability to oversee employees and manage daily operations. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
