About the Role
We are seeking a detail-driven Temporary Project Manager to lead the implementation of our new Property Management System (PMS) for our hospitality business.
With strong coordination skills, a passion for operational excellence, and hands-on experience with PMS or similar systems, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our workflows and elevating guest experiences.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end implementation of the PMS, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal functionality.
Gather, analyse, and document the needs of our business to form the basis for the system's configuration.
Configure the PMS to reflect our unique internal workflows and operational requirements.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
Handle data migration, ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout the process.
Manage integrations between the PMS and other systems, ensuring seamless connectivity.
Develop training plans and deliver comprehensive system training to team members.
Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and proactively address any challenges.
Conduct post-implementation evaluations to ensure seamless adoption and identify areas for optimisation.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
Proven experience implementing and configuring Property Management Systems.

Familiarity with data migration processes and system integrations.
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new environments and challenges.
Availability to work within the South African time zone.
