PORT ELIZABETH, EASTERN CAPE
Our client is looking for a friendly, reliable and organised person to join them for a 4-month maternity cover. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong admin skills, and is confident handling payroll on SAGE VIP Classic.
TEMP PAYROLL CLERK
Minimum skills and experience required:

  • Proficient in SAGE VIP Classic payroll system
  • Experience processing weekly wages
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Process weekly wages accurately and on time using SAGE VIP Classic
  • Assist with general office duties such as filing and typing quotes
  • Maintain staff records and ensure accurate documentation
  • Support the team and management with ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Ensure smooth handover and continuity of payroll processes
