Products & Processes - Execute quality inspection and test plansxe2x96xaa Dispositioning of off-standard productsxe2x96xaa Implement, maintain process controls and traceability (SFI)xe2x96xaa Monitoring of products/processes and advise production of any adverse changes in qualityxe2x96xaa Analyze product/process characteristic data xe2x96xaa Implement & monitor corrective actions

Reports - SPC and DATA analysisxe2x96xaa Quality performance of product & processxe2x96xaa Corrective/Preventative Action

ESH - Ensure implementation of measures and maintain controlsxe2x96xaa Raise awareness and provide information about ESH responsibilities and dutiesxe2x96xaa Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazardsxe2x96xaa Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others

Audits - Daily monitoring of product/process characteristics

Documents - Archiving of quality reports/recordsxe2x96xaa Implementation of quality documentation (SOP's, Work Instructions, Control Plans)

Advice - Provide guidance on the Company's Quality Management Systems to Production personnelxe2x96xaa Effectively interact with Production and Development teams to maintain product/process supply & conformity and traceability.

Qualifications

Polymer Technology/ Engineering or related qualification
