The National Sea Rescue Institute will appoint a temporary Finance Capturer to match and capture invoices on Dynamic CRM.
The NSRI has 50 stations, satellite stations and Lifeguard premises across a volunteer network spanning 1500 volunteers.
Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12
Bookkeeping / Accounting qualification advantageous.
Min 2-3 years working experience in finance
Accounting knowledge
Proficiency in Excel and other financial tools
High level of accuracy and efficiency
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
Time management and ability to meet deadlines
Duties and Responsibilities
Capture invoices
Verify invoices between Mailbox & CRM for compliance.
* Ensure all capturing is up to date for audit.
