We are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive with a proven track record in outbound sales who consistently meets and exceeds sales targets. In this role, the individual will focus on booking appointments for sales managers with prospects through cold calling and follow-up emails. This role is fully remote.
Candidates must have a laptop, a stable internet connection, and all necessary tools to perform effectively.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to potential clients to book appointments/software demos
Send follow-up emails and nurture prospect relationships
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and after-sales support
Stay updated on new products, services, and industry trends to deliver informed recommendations to clients
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of telesales experience within a B2B environment
Excellent phone presence, confident communicator, and strong sales personality
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Motivated self-starter who is target-driven and results-oriented
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficiency in CRM systems and online communication tools
Resilient, with the ability to handle objections and rejection positively
Package & Remuneration:
Basic salary:
R10,000 per month + uncapped commission and incentives
100% remote / work-from-home role
