DC Meat Wholesalers has a vacant position for a Telesales Clerk.

Skills required:

Excellent verbal communication and negotiations skills Fully Bilingual Be motivated, driven and be able to work under pressure Prior telesales experience in the Meat Industry will be advantageous Must be computer literate Have own transport

Duties will include:

Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets Provide excellent customer service by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business Cold calling. Handle inbound calls from existing and prospective customers, answering questions about products, services, and the company Process sales order accurately and efficiently Address customer complaints and concerns Keep records of calls, sales activities customer feedback and other useful information The ideal candidate must reside in Paarl / Wellington area.
