Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and clients.
• Assist in managing auction listings and ensuring up-to-date information.
• Make cold calls to potential clients to introduce auction services and generate leads.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with clients to build relationships.
• Prepare auction documentation and ensure all necessary paperwork is organized.
• Collaborate with team members on marketing strategies and promotional efforts.
• Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of auction processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate or administrative support roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle cold calling professionally.
• Familiarity with real estate auction processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in using online tools and virtual communication platforms.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
