As the Marketing & Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for:
Growing our database of potential customers by creating and sustaining a pipeline of newly qualified leads
Nurturing qualified leads into Website Enquiries (requests for more information) via engaging content and communications against set monthly targets
The business is focused on providing value added solutions to its client base therefore a key attribute to a successful Lead Generation Executive within the team, is the ability to prequalify a lead company and nurture them to the point of wanting to express an interest in learning more about our membership offering.
What will you be doing? Your work will be split between:
Prospecting, researching and prequalifying prospects via platforms such as LinkedIn and industry news sites
Sending direct messages to prospects to generate downloads of our lead magnet content
Creating and delivering compelling email campaigns to nurture existing leads into Website enquiries (requests for more information) against monthly targets
Maintaining & updating our existing Pipedrive CRM database for recording of lead generation activity
Using other digital content marketing tools such as Canva and Kajabi when required
Updating our company LinkedIn page as and when required
Act as the company champion for all top of funnel outbound digital marketing activity
Requirements What will you need? To be a real success in this role, you will be a self-starter, able to use your own initiative and possess a drive to succeed against KPI's. You are a competent and articulate written communicator who is capable of creating and promoting engaging digital content for an audience of Director level individuals. You will also be a willing, diligent and tenacious prospector that is focused on turning prospects into qualified membership leads. Interested in testing what you're creating, you'll have the opportunity to work on whole cycle, identifying prospects and then seeing your own campaigns successfully convert them into new membership leads. Desired skills/experience:
Previous success delivering digital marketing campaigns and creating own content
Previous success consistently identifying new business opportunities
Proficient in writing, creating marketing email campaigns and sending professional emails
Able to focus on targets and plan own activity to successfully meet them
Proficient in web-based CRM applications
Proficient in web-based content creator tools such as Canva
Proficient in MS Office applications such as PowerPoint
Experience in managing own workload
A knowledge of Apprenticeships and Engineering/ Manufacturing (desirable)
