Job Description

We're looking for exceptional Telemarketers with the knowledge of digital marketing to join our growing team immediately! NOTE: All Resumes should be in English. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Outbound and inbound calling and/or appointment setting using a dialer or VOIP system
• Has knowledge of basic marketing and digital marketing
• Prospect for new business and follow up with leads in the pipeline on a daily basis from various lead sources
• Manage and organize leads in CRM; Ensure correct information, notes, and all pertaining details about the lead are recorded
• Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management
• Qualify leads to accurately conveying motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents
• Handle data entry, online research, scheduling calls, and other administrative tasks to keep things organized and up to date

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of proven experience as a Cold Caller or relevant role
• With Excellent English and Spanish Communication Skills (Oral and Written, Excellent spelling and grammar
• Solid organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Able to work on a US time zone shift
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
• Tech Savvy
• Proactive attitude

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Primary and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
