Duties & Responsibilities

Generate leads for catering contracts through proactive telemarketing and cold calling. Promote Eatfresh catering solutions to corporate clients and convert leads into confirmed business. Assist in planning and coordinating large catering functions sold to clients. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems. Prepare regular reports on lead generation and sales performance. Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Assist with Tender applications

Skills and Competencies

Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships. Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Matric (Grade 12) required. Previous telemarketing or sales experience advantageous. * Familiarity with catering or hospitality industry preferred.
