Strategic Prospecting Specialist

is the most critical role in our growth structure--you are the tip of the spear that gets our closing "weapons" in front of decision-makers.

What You Will Own: The Mission

Your sole focus is to research, qualify, and secure high-value appointments for our senior sales team across our key growth regions:

Gauteng, Western Cape, North West, Mpumalanga, and Limpopo.



Strategic Outreach:

Use provided industry tools and proprietary lead intelligence to identify high-potential SMEs who are currently being overcharged or underserved by our larger competitors.

Appointment Setting:

Execute high-volume, targeted outbound calling and multi-channel communication (email, LinkedIn) to secure face-to-face or virtual meetings for our Closers.

Qualify Hard:

Master our qualification criteria for Cloud PBX, Cybersecurity, and Office Automation (MFPs, Reyee networks) to ensure every appointment is a high-probability opportunity.

CRM Discipline:

Maintain impeccable records in our CRM system, ensuring the sales team has perfect intel for every meeting.

Market Intelligence:

Provide continuous feedback to the sales and leadership teams on competitor pricing, offerings, and pain points gathered from the market.
Who You Are: The Disciplined Remote Specialist

You are not a telemarketer; you are an experienced B2B professional who sees the appointment as the first win and knows how to command respect from senior decision-makers.

3+ Years Proven B2B Tele-prospecting/Lead Generation Experience:

You must have a demonstrable track record of setting appointments for complex technical or business solutions (ICT, Telco, Software, or Office Automation experience is highly advantageous).

Remote Discipline is Non-Negotiable:

You possess the structure, time management, and resilience to consistently execute high-volume calling and communication from a home office environment.

Tech Savvy:

Proficient in using CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive, etc.), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and various prospecting tools. You are comfortable using our unique lead tools immediately.

Exceptional Vocal Communication:

You can articulate a complex value proposition and handle immediate objections with professional polish and persuasive confidence.

National Focus:

You are comfortable working with targets across multiple provinces and adapting your approach to regional markets (Gauteng's corporate focus vs. Mpumalanga/Limpopo's industrial/rural SME profile).
