Job Outputs:
Acquire new business by achieving targeted outbound calls per day
Retain, grow and develop new business units within existing customers
Create and conduct proposals, presentations and RFP responses electronically
Service Level Agreements - implementation and preparation of customer contracts
Compile Sales reports (daily/weekly and monthly) for internal and external stakeholders
New account set up
Negotiation of account rates
Voucher Maintenance
Deal with customer stakeholders to develop and maintain open and productive relationships to ensure increased business and ensure service delivery to customers and travel management companies
Strategy implementation - develop, execute and monitor action plans
Achieve budget targets
Regular MIS reviews with existing customers to report on customer spend
Identify trends and analyze the needs of our customer base in order to provide a truly value added service
Manage customer relationships to ensure retention of customers as well as growth in market share
Day to day customer query management
Create and maintain profiles on all relevant customer booking and business information tools

Minimum Qualification
Grade 12/ Senior Certificate
Minimum Requirements
Computer literate with an intermediate level of competence with Excel and Outlook
