Job Description
Position: OUTBOUND TELE-SALES AGENT
Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your voice can make a real impact? If so, we want you on our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
Making outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads Promoting products/services and closing sales over the phone Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Recording customer information accurately in our CRM system Building rapport and maintaining a positive brand image
What We're Looking For:
Excellent verbal, communication and listening skills Proven experience in telesales or customer service (preferred but not essential) Experience with car spares would be an added advantage Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluent in English (additional languages a plus) Passion For Success: Dedicated and Committed
Experience on a computerized CRM program and MS-Office will be highly beneficial
