About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Technology

Team Lead

to guide our small, talented team in delivering and supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions for our clients.

This is a practical, delivery-focused role -- ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, leading from the front, and working in a close-knit business where every person makes an impact. You'll be the go-to technical lead for system setup, integrations, and day-to-day coordination of the team.

What You'll Do

Lead and support the implementation and maintenance of HaloITSM and related systems.

Help clients design and configure their service management solutions.

Troubleshoot technical issues and make sure systems run smoothly.

Plan and coordinate your team's daily tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

Work closely with clients, project managers, and other internal teams.

Look for small but meaningful ways to improve processes and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Experience working with

ITSM tools

(HaloITSM, Freshservice, or similar).

Good understanding of

ITIL processes

and service management concepts.

Hands-on technical skills -- ideally with

C#, SQL, APIs

, or

cloud systems (Azure/AWS)

.

Someone who enjoys mentoring and supporting others in a small team.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or degree in IT or related field.

5+ years in IT, with at least 2 years' experience working with ITSM platforms.

Previous experience leading or mentoring a small team is a plus.

ITIL Foundation

certification is an advantage.
