Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technology / Domain Specialist with a focus on Dynamics 365 to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our technology team, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Dynamics 365 environment. Your expertise in C#, .NET Framework, web development, and Dynamics 365 configuration will be crucial in driving successful projects and delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.

Utilize your deep knowledge of C# and the .NET Framework to design and develop robust applications and integrations, adhering to industry best practices.

Leverage your web development experience to create responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using JavaScript and web services.

Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 instances, including workflow automation and plug-in development, to meet specific business needs.

Employ your expertise in Power BI or SSRS to create meaningful reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.

Demonstrate proficiency in OData and FetchXML to enhance data retrieval and manipulation processes within Dynamics 365.

Provide leadership in designing and architecting solutions, ensuring they align with industry standards and best practices.

Collaborate with project stakeholders to estimate development efforts, create technical standards, and produce comprehensive documentation.

Research and recommend alternative technologies, tools, and techniques to address complex business challenges with effective application solutions.

Drive data migration efforts from legacy CRM implementations to Dynamics 365, leveraging your experience in data migration strategies and techniques.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with C# and the .NET Framework, including web development using JavaScript and web services.

At least 2 years of experience in designing and developing solutions within Dynamics 365, including configuration, workflow, and plug-in development.

Proficiency in Power BI or SSRS, OData, and FetchXML is advantageous.

Strong understanding of software architecture, design principles, and industry best practices.

Proven track record of estimating development efforts, creating technical standards, and producing comprehensive documentation. * Experience with data migration from legacy CRM systems to Dynamics 365 is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to various audiences.

Dynamics 365 certification (Design and Development) is mandatory.
