Job Summary Job & Company Description:
If you have experience overseeing maintenance and project operations across the Western and Eastern Cape, and take pride in ensuring equipment reliability, operational excellence, and top-tier safety compliance -- we want to connect with you. This role typically partners closely with the ESD and Regional Manager and plays a key role in driving performance across critical engineering functions.
Education:

Millwright Trade Certificate
N6 and/or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Business Management Certificate (advantageous)
SACGA Gas Installer registration (preferred)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum of 10 years' experience in a heavy engineering or production environment, ideally in the gas industry
At least 5 years in a supervisory role managing technicians, artisans, and contractors
Strong knowledge of SHERQ systems and ISO standards
Proven experience in maintenance planning and project execution
Ability to manage multiple installations and ensure high workmanship standards
Medically fit to work at heights
Valid unendorsed Code 08 driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
Proficient in MS Office Suite (for reports, planning and communication)
