Technical/engineer Content Creator

Job Description
The function of the Engineer/ Technical Content Creator will be to create a range of technical content ranging from user manuals to assembly manuals. This includes technical training courses that will be presented by the training department. This role also entails a large portion of research into new technical fields.
Reporting to the Content Creation Department Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain training content.
- Ensure high quality content by performing ongoing testing, troubleshooting, and updating training content.
- Gather feedback and continuously update training, materials to enhance effectiveness and relevance.
- Creation of documents such as assembly/user manual.
- Creation of technical courses that can be used for training.
- Become knowledgeable with Freedom Won products and solutions.
- Collaborate and work closely with training department and the engineering team to effectively deliver on tasks.
- Grade 12/ Matric
- Advanced Diploma or Postgraduate Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
- 3-4 years working experience in the Technical Creator field.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
