What You'll Do:
? Conduct engaging classroom and on-the-job training sessions
? Assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback
? Coach and mentor staff to enhance their development
? Identify training needs and build effective programs
? Maintain and update training materials and Learning Management System
? Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations
Requirements
What You'll Bring:
? Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mining Engineering, Geology, HR, or related fields
? 2-4 years of professional training experience (preferably in mining)
? Strong technical skills, including Mix Telematics and Excel proficiency
? Excellent communication, coaching, and people management skills
? In-depth knowledge of mining regulations, safety procedures, and best practices
