RPO Recruitmentxe2x80x99s client is urgently seeking the expertise of a Technical Trainer in Northern Cape
Responsibilities
Training Facilitation
Training Program Coordination
Assessments and Ratings on individuals
Record keeping of all assessments and training material
MQA administration coordination
Requirements
Grade 12
Assessor, Facilitator and Moderator Certificates
Red Seal Certificate
At least 5 yearsxe2x80x99 Training and Development Practice Experience
5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Assessing and Moderating Artisans
10 yearsxe2x80x99 experience working with Earth Moving Equipment in an opencast mining environment
