Job Description
RPO Recruitmentxe2x80x99s client in the Mining Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Technical Trainer to join their team in Hotazel, Northern Cape.
Responsibilities:
- Training Facilitation
- Training Program Coordination
- Assessments and Ratings on individuals
- Record keeping of all assessments and training material
- MQA administration coordination
- Grade 12
- Assessor, Facilitator and Moderator Certificates
- Red Seal Certificate
- At least 5 yearsxe2x80x99 Training and Development Practice Experience
- 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Assessing and Moderating Artisans
- 10 yearsxe2x80x99 experience working with Earth Moving Equipment in an opencast mining environment
- Salary: R540K/yr - R636K/yr, salary negotiable
- Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)
