 We're looking for a Customer Support Technician (T1) who's passionate about tech, thrives under pressure, and is ready to deliver a world-class support experience from anywhere in the world. If you've got brains, hustle, and heart--we want to hear from you. 
 What You'll Do 
 Be the Hero - You'll be the go-to expert for customers, solving hardware and software issues in real-time with empathy, speed, and precision. 
 Keep Systems Flowing - Troubleshoot self-pour systems remotely, ensuring our customers' operations run smoothly and efficiently--no tap left behind. 
 Think Smart, Move Fast - Diagnose problems, escalate when needed, and collaborate with our engineers and support team. 
 Build Knowledge - Keep documentation and ticketing systems (like HubSpot) up to date, and help customers help themselves with smart self-help tools. 
 Train, Support, Repeat - Host virtual training, test hardware/software (we'll even send you your own lab kit), and follow up on any open issues. 
 Be Proactive - Monitor system health, support rollouts, and make sure issues are resolved before they escalate. 
What You Bring to the Table 
Must-Haves 
 Excellent English--spoken and written 
 3+ years of technical troubleshooting experience 
 Solid grasp of Windows OS and basic networking 
 Familiar with consumer-grade cabling and routers 
 Sharp problem-solving skills and attention to detail 
 A customer-first attitude with clear, calm communication 
 Bonus Points (or Will Train You!) 
 Experience with restaurant POS systems 
 Understanding of CO2 draft beverage systems 
 Familiarity with tools like TeamViewer, HubSpot, AirCall, and GSuite 
 RFID tech know-how and remote diagnostics experience 
 Schedule & Flexibility 
 Choose your groove: 4x10 or 5x8-hour shifts, with a 1-hour lunch 
 Support coverage spans 10 AM-9 PM Central Time 
 Expect rotating evening/weekend shifts 
 We're flexible, but coverage is king--teamwork makes the dream work

 Computer networking: 1 year 
 Technical troubleshooting: 3 years (Preferred)
