Job Description
Job Summary
- Minimum of 3 to 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in OEM Aftersales Technical Support
- Qualification as a Technician (QCTO or merSETA) and further Technical Education essential
- Strong working knowledge of OEM Aftersales Technical Support disciplines, FTIR | TAR system and SDT2 functionality essential
- Ability to Compile, Analyse and Produce processes to improve operations essential
- Effective Communication with a high level of Computer Literacy essential
- Able to work in a high pressure, competitive Automotive Manufacturer environment
- Stable track record with contactable references and be able to travel extensively
- Basic Salary Negotiable based on experience
