Technical Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking three Technical Supervisors (Shift Managers) to join our manufacturing team. These positions are critical to ensuring operational excellence, safety, and productivity across all shifts.
Minimum Requirements
Mechanical Engineering Diploma or Degree OR recognised Artisan qualification in the mechanical field.
Proven experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
Strong technical knowledge of machinery, processes, and safety standards.
Supervisory or leadership experience will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily technical operations on the production floor.
Lead and mentor artisans and technicians to ensure productivity and compliance.
Monitor equipment performance, conduct inspections, and coordinate maintenance.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise efficiency and reduce downtime.
Provide leadership and accountability across assigned shifts.
