Are you passionate about renewable energy and ready to lead technical operations in the solar industry? A leading provider of solar energy solutions is looking for a Technical Solar Operations Manager to oversee the performance, maintenance, and optimization of solar operations.
Lead and manage technical teams responsible for O&M (Operations and Maintenance) of solar PV systems
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to maximize efficiency
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple sites
Collaborate with engineering, project management, and customer support teams
Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of all operational activities
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in solar PV operations, technical management, or O&M
Strong knowledge of PV systems, inverters, SCADA, monitoring software, and grid integration
Leadership and project management skills
Troubleshooting and fault finding
Good communication skills
Qualification:
NDip/ BTech in Electrical Engineering
